Product Description
This breed was developed in the Principality of Catalonia in Spain as a dual-purpose chicken that does well in hot weather. The Catalana has a single comb, and the hen’s comb flops to one side. Both the large and bantam versions come in only one color – golden buff with a black tail. The hens lay eggs with white or slightly tinted shells and seldom brood.
