- Shipping Zones: We currently ship within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping Methods: We utilize trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping, with expedited options available upon request for an additional fee.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 hours after payment confirmation. However, please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Delivery Information:
- Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, orders shipped via standard ground shipping are delivered within 1-3 hours for proximity and for advace order it can be 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may offer quicker delivery times.
- Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Delivery Attempts: Our carriers will make multiple attempts to deliver your order to the provided address. If they are unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- Signature Requirement: For certain high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of the package. If you are not available to sign for the delivery, please arrange for someone to be present at the delivery address.
Delivery Issues:
- Damaged or Missing Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the products you ordered in satisfactory condition.
